These music note cutters work brilliantly with sugar paste/fondant or modelling pastes. Roll your paste out quite thin and leave for a minute or two before cutting out your music note shapes. Press down firmly and wiggle in a circular motion to remove any extra paste, drop the cutters down onto your work surface and the paste shapes fall out of the cutter. Apply the music notes to your cake with edible glue or royal icing.
