    This SmartFlex Icing is great for novelty cakes, it's very flexible enabling you to achieve a smooth seamless finish, no "elephant skin" in sight! 

     

    This SmartFlex sugar paste is firm yet flexible with a smooth, velvety feel to the finish.

     

    • Suitable for unique and novelty shaped cakes
    • Achieves a smooth finish
    • Works well in high temperature environments
    • Can be rolled thin because of it's firm texture
    • Great for use in sugar craft moulds

     

    Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vegetable Fats (Coconut, Hydrogenated Palm Seed), Modified Starch: Potato Starch, Thickener: Xanthan Gum, Flavouring, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Emulsifier E551, Light Pink Food Colouring (Glycerol, Propylene Glycol, Colouring E122)
