These cutters are made from food-grade plastic and instructions are included in the packaging.
We recommend using flower paste for beautiful elegant wedding or celebration cake sugar roses, however, if you are making quick roses for cupcakes the cutters also work with modelling chocolate, sugarpaste or fondant as it is also known.
The calyx sizes are approximate: large = 37mm - medium = 34mm - small = 28mm in diameter.
