No goods may be returned without prior agreement with Almond Art. In the interest of food safety, we do not accept returns of perishable (all food items) goods, special order items or personalised goods.
No returns will be accepted unless an original Almond Art order number is quoted.
Goods You No Longer Require
If you decide you do not require the goods you have ordered, they may be returned within 14 working days of receiving them. Should you wish to cancel and return the goods, (at your own expense) for a *full product refund *(Excluding perishable goods). You must inform us before doing so at email@example.com. We are unable to offer refunds if we have not been notified within this time period.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging unused and in perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged in the event of any return. You should obtain a certificate of proof of posting if you are returning goods by Royal Mail. (If your item goes missing in transit we will not be able to refund without evidence of your proof of postage).
We can only refund for items received back by us. If you would like us to arrange collection of heavy goods - (over 1kg up to 30kg) there is a £12 charge per parcel to do so, or you may arrange a courier at your own expense.
If you return items, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 weeks of our receiving your returns.
Arrangements must be made to return goods within 14 days from receipt of the order.
Goods Sent Incorrectly Or Damaged In Transit
Order shortages, discrepancies or damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
In the event of receiving an incorrect or damaged item(s) we request you provide evidence in the form of picture(s) sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org If you cannot supply a picture you may be asked to return the incorrect item to us. If an item is damaged we also ask that you hold on to the item until we've confirmed your return/replacement, as, on occasions, our suppliers may want the item back.
To return faulty or incorrect goods please email us at email@example.com where we will endeavour to arrange the easiest and most convenient way of uplifting them. For small items we may ask you to return them via Royal Mail and a full refund of postage will be issued on receipt if the item is damaged or we are proven to be at fault.
