Belgian Chocolate Ganache - 350g
Easy to use and versatile belgian chocolate ganache. Can be heated following instructions to pour over cakes for a glaze, or to create a drip effect using a piping bag or spoon.
Whip to create a fluffy chocolate topping you can pipe on to cakes and cupcakes.
Spoon onto greaseproof paper, chill and then roll into balls to create tasty truffles.

Instructions for warming, whipping and more included. Will cover up to an 8" (20cm) round cake or generously top 12 cupcakes.
