    This Vanilla flavour light filling cream is perfect for filling and coating sponge cakes. It's also ideal for decorating cupcake and muffins.

    A ready to use sponge/cake, light, butter cream type filling. Does not require refrigerating, but must be stored cool & dry.

    • No need to whisk, use straight from the pot.
    • This filling can be coloured and flavoured.
    • Approximately enough to fill and cover 2 x 10" sponge/cake.

     

    Ingredients:

    Sugar, Non Hydrogenated Vegetable Shortening, Preservative: E202, Vanilla Flavour.
