The level baking belt works by insulating and reflecting heat coming to the pan from the sides, forcing it instead to rise evenly from base of the tin upwards.
This baking belt is suitable for round cake tins between 3" to 8" (8cm to 20cm) and square cake tins from 3" to 6" (8cm to 15cm). See below for the other sizes.
Baking belt is 32" / 81cm long and 3" / 7cm wide
How To Use:
Soak the belt in cold water and remove the excess. Do not wring
Wrap around the outside of the baking pan and fit like a belt
Use both loops to secure in place
Pour the cake batter into the pan and bake as required
Important Information:
Do not use the baking belt without soaking in water first
Do not use at temperatures that exceed 180°c
Make sure the baking belt is not in direct contact with the heating element, gas flames or side of the oven.
Do not cut, tare or fray the edges.
