To use, dissolve 75g (3oz) Meri - White in 500ml (1 pint) cold water and whisk together in a grease free bowl.
It is important that powder is added to water not water to powder Whisk Meri-Whites into water vigorously until powder is dissolved.
Can be allowed to stand for 24hrs and re-whisked prior to using this standing time maximises acidity, increasing strength of the solution.
