Massa Ticino's elasticity also means you can roll it thinner than other sugar pastes so you can use less when covering. Once applied it can also be smoothed to a perfect finish.
Manufactured with only natural ingredients, it is free from dairy, and gluten and is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
