Loyalty Reward Points

We value our customers and are very grateful for all of your custom and support.  Many of our customers have been with us for years, others not so long. But, you are all important to us, without you, we have no business! We constantly strive to supply quality products at the best prices we can together with first-class customer service. So, to thank all of our customers we run a loyalty scheme aimed at rewarding customers who order multiple times and keep coming back to us.

You will earn a loyalty point for every 33p you spend in our online store. When you checkout you can use your earned loyalty points as an extra discount on your order. Every loyalty point is 1p off your next order. So an order worth 100 points would net you £1 off your next shop.

You can check how many loyalty points you have in your account. Click the account link at the top of the page (log in if necessary) then click the 'My Loyalty Points' link to see to a breakdown of all your points; where they were earned and any loyalty points you've used.

You will earn loyalty points on all products on our online store (excluding gift vouchers), and you'll even earn points on special offers and end-of-line items.

When checking out you can choose how many points to use, use them all up or save them for a special treat.

• Loyalty points are linked to you via your account, therefore we cannot transfer loyalty points from one account to another.
• Loyalty points can only be redeemed on our website, we cannot offer loyalty points or loyalty discounts on orders placed on the telephone.
• Loyalty points cannot be used against gift vouchers.
• Loyalty points have no monetary value and as such cannot be exchanged for money.
• Customers that already receive a discount from us will still earn loyalty points but on the total of their order after the discount.
