If you’re looking for a convenient way to make your own flower paste, Squires Kitchen’s original Petal Powder is the perfect choice. Specially created with carefully balanced ingredients, simply add water for a flower modelling paste that gives a realistic petal texture and a flawless finish.
The recipe includes gum tragacanth, gelatine and free-range egg albumen for a flower paste that is perfectly pliable, allowing you to create porcelain-fine sugar flowers time and again. Once mixed, knead well and roll the flower modelling paste paper-thin to achieve the finest detail on petals and leaves.
The handy resealable pack keeps the mix fresh once opened and any leftover paste can be kept and frozen for your next project.
