Candy making or sweet making is the preparation and cookery of candies and sugar confections including the preparation of many various sweets, such as hard-boiled, jelly beans, gumdrops, liquorice, cotton candy, chocolates and chocolate truffles, peppermint creams, coconut ice, marshmallow, fudge, caramel, and toffee.
Chocolates can be made from our callebaut fine Belgian chocolate, and sweet treats like cakesicles from our cakesicle moulds, and cake pops from our wide range of coloured candy melts.
Isomalt is a sugar substitute used for sugar art cake decorations and sweets, flavours and food colours can be added to make stunning decorations, Geode cakes and sweet treats.
