Cookie Sprinkles
Cookie sprinkles can be added to the cookie before baking or once cooled after baking, depending on the effect you want to achieve. After preparing the dough, add a generous amount of your chosen sprinkles before baking, they can be mixed into the dough or added to the shaped cookie dough before baking, this is done by wetting the cookies with a little milk or water to make the sprinkles stick and then bake. Alternatively, once your cookies are baked & cooled, cookie icing can be added before dipping the cookie into the sprinkles, if you want a more random look, shake the sprinkles over the cookie icing.
