Perfect for chocolate, buttercream and cake batter but will also work in sugarpaste, modelling paste, marzipan, flower paste and royal icing.
Holly Green will create a range of shades of dark green and foliage greens depending on the quantity used.

Instructions For Use:
For use in food. Shake well before use. Add a little at a time to achieve shade, but colour does develop over time. Do not use more than 3g per kilo.
