Colour Mill colours are described as 'next generation food colour' produced in Australia, these are super concentrated oil based icing colourings specifically designed for use with buttercream and other products that have a high fat content.
Although Colour Mill colours contain no nuts they are stored and handled in an environment where nuts and nut oil are present.
Colour Mill's oil based food colours produce deep, vibrant colours and work best with buttercream, ganache, swiss meringue, cake mixes, chocolate & sugarpaste.
These colours are very strong, you only require a tiny amount to create bright and bold colours.
This amazing range of colours can also be combined to produce new shades.
