Click & Collect - Clacton-on-Sea

Due to the Pandemic, the shop closed in March 2020. We took the very difficult decision not to re-open and concentrate entirely on online sales. The trend of people moving toward online shopping has taken a major step forward due to the lockdowns. We have been established for almost 30 years to survive it is important we move with the times and meet the majority of our customer's expectations. We apologise to anyone who this may inconvenience but we have no control over customer trends.

As a compromise, we offer our local customers a Click-and-Collect service. This became operational as soon as the government allowed this type of trade to be conducted and has been going with increasing popularity ever since. You can no longer browse in the shop, but you can browse at your leisure on our website, add products to your basket, order and collect in-store. Please note: The Click-and-Collect order option is only available to customers residing in the CO, CM, & IP Postcodes. If you live outside of these postcodes but still wish to collect please contact us at sales@almondart.com and we will be happy to assist.

How does Click & Collect work?

Simple really! Just register on our website, browse, add products to your basket & earn loyalty reward points as you spend. During checkout, you'll get to choose your delivery option, for customers in CO, IP & CM postcodes one of these options will be 'Click & Collect'. Complete and pay for your order. We then pick, pack and prepare your goods for you to collect usually within a few hours, (during opening hours) we then send you an email informing you that your goods are ready for collection.

Please see the opening times below. Opening times are also displayed on the website each time you check out a Click & Collect order. We are sorry but we are NOT open for collections at any other times than those stated.

Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received an email informing you it is ready (or your order status is updated to Ready For Collection). If you have not received an email please check your junk mail folder. Emails are automated and sent to the email address you used when registering on the website. If you have not received an email please get in touch with us at sales@almondart.com and we will be happy to confirm if your order is ready.

Collecting your order

Our collection point is Almond Art, Unit 16, Faraday Close, Gorse Lane Industrial Estate, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex CO15 4TR. We are located at the Morrisons end of the estate opposite Booker Cash & Carry. Please go to the back of the building (not the front door) and enter through the rear customer entrance. Your order will be ready for you on one of the racks inside the entrance.
