4 piece set contains 2 mould pieces & 2 silicone inserts. Mould pieces are made from 100% food-grade, odour-free PET plastic that will allow your chocolates to easily pop out with a shiny surface. The 2 silicone inserts are used to stop your top and bottom mould pieces from sticking together when filled with chocolate.
How To Use:
Separate the moulds and remove the silicone inserts.
Pour or pipe your melted chocolate or candy melts into each cavity, not exceeding the fill line. Gently tap the mould to level chocolate and remove any air bubbles.
Using the silicone inserts, gently press into each cavity. Take the top piece of the mould and slot it into place, piecing the mould back together.
Press the top piece down until the chocolate rises to the top.
Place in the fridge/freezer and leave to set for as long as your recipe states.
Once set, carefully open the mould and peel back the silicone insert.
Fill your chocolate shell with your chosen filling, leaving to set if necessary.
Seal with a final layer of chocolate and leave to set.
Once set enjoy or decorate further with candy melts, sprinkles and other edible decorations.
Cleaning & Care:
To clean the moulds wash in warm water with a damp cloth and allow to dry. Avoid using sponges, brushes or abrasive cloths to avoid scratches and preserve the surface of the mould.
Store the mould out of direct sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 122°c
Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) may cause the moulds to warp or crack.
