Marzipan also known as almond paste, is perfect to complement a rich fruit cake. It is usually used to form a barrier between the cake and the outer layer of icing. It is most often used on Christmas and Wedding Cakes and is the ideal foundation for Royal Icing or Sugarpaste.

Due to its consistency Marzipan is perfect for modelling small figures and can be coloured with paste/gel colours. Ideal for making Marzipan Fruits.

Available in 500g, 750g, 1kg, 2.5kg, 5kg and 10kg you should find a size to suit your project.
