Available in 6", 8" or 10" diameter.
All cakes will ship with a shelf life of at least 14 days from receipt. These cakes can also be frozen for up to 1 month to extend their best before date and should be used within 7 days of defrosting.
These cakes are approximately 2½" tall and once split, filled and decorated they should be around 3" tall. They are baked in a tin of the specified size but maybe marginally smaller due to shrinking when cooling.
