About Us Almond Art are East Anglia's largest Warehouse outlet for Cake Decorating and Sugarcraft Supplies. Established in 1993 our 5,000sq ft warehouse stocks over 6,000 Sugarcraft-related lines.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details so that we can process your order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta. We do not charge for any order until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. (Please DO NOT email your credit card details, emails are not encrypted and are therefore sent in a plain easy to read text format if intercepted.)
Prices charged for goods shall be those ruling at time of dispatch and the right to withdraw any items in the range without prior notice is reserved by Almond Art. We reserve the right to alter prices, where necessary. Consumers will be notified at time of order if any prices have altered.
Although we try very hard to keep up to date with our current stock, from time to time an item on the website may not be in stock. If you order an item that is out of stock you will be contacted. (Very small items such as dusting colours maybe substituted if there is a matching alternative.)
PLEASE NOTE: You must supply a landline telephone contact number for your order to be processed. For security reasons no goods will be sent to customers supplying only mobile telephone contact numbers.
For security reasons we also do not dispatch goods to P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping And Handling Your shipping charge will be calculated at the checkout and applied to your order. Costs are dependent on your location and the weight of your parcel.
Shipping charges include VAT where appropriate.
Even though our shipping methods are reliable we advise all customers NOT to leave your ordering to the last minute.
Almond Art will not be liable for any consequential loss caused by failure of the carrier to deliver.
We will endeavour to be as accurate as possible with delivery dates, however any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses you might incur as a result of a delay in receiving your goods or subsequent delays that may result from delivery problems.
Goods are only dispatched and delivered Monday-Friday. NOT Saturdays or Sundays
Do not accept your parcel from the carrier if it is damaged in any way.
UK Post Codes only
Parcels less than 1kg - Royal Mail 1st Class: Usually delivered the next working day to most UK postcodes. All customers should be aware that sometimes this is not the case and delivery times can be longer. The Royal Mail does not consider your parcel to be lost until after 14 days from posting date. Please note that we obtain certificates of proof of posting for all Royal Mail dispatches.
Parcels over 1kg and less than 20kg Highland and Island postcodes: Royal Mail Parcels usually delivered within 3-5 working days
Parcels over 1kg - UK Mainland/Lowland postcodes only: Carrier Next working day* (not Sat/Sun) for orders received by 12 noon. Free over £60 order total. Please note: Carrier parcels require a signature. If you instruct us or leave the carrier a note asking to leave the parcel without a signature, then you do so at your own risk.
*Next working day If you order by 12 noon (Mon - Fri) your parcel will be dispatched the same day. However we cannot guarantee that you will receive your parcel the next day; we cannot be responsible for something of which we do not have control. Please note: All references to next working day are providing your order is placed before 12 noon and that there are no problems in processing your order or your payment details.

Airmail up to 2kg (size restrictions apply) Europe & Rest of the World
International Carrier, Fixed cost for 1 parcel up to 30kgs European destinations, Eire, Netherlands, Germany, France/Monaco, Luxembourg, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia & Spain.
International Carrier, for all destinations outside of our fixed cost zones above you will be emailed a quote based on your location and the weight and dimensions of your parcel. At this point your goods will be charged to your payment card, however the goods will not be dispatched until you have confirmed by email that you agree to the shipping charge. When we are in receipt of this confirmation the shipping charge will be applied to your payment card and your goods dispatched.
Back Orders We do not back order items.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the member states of the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted when your order is placed using a secure PSP (payment service provider) server complient with PCI DSS Level 1 standards (more information on PCI DSS.)

If you decide you do not require the goods you have ordered, they may be returned within 7 working days of receiving them. Should you wish to cancel and return the goods, (at your own expense) for a *full product refund.*(Excludes perishable goods). you must inform us in writing before doing so. We are unable to offer refunds if we have not been notified within this time period.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging unused and in perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged in the event of any return. You should obtain a certificate of proof of posting if you are returning goods by Royal Mail. (We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us) If you would like us to arrange collection of heavy goods - (over 1kg up to 30kg) there is a £12 charge per parcel to do so. Or you may arrange a carrier at your own expense.
If you return items, we will process the returns, and you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 weeks of our receiving your returns.
Should you be sent an item incorrectly we will change it for the correct item. You will be asked to return it to us via the post for goods under 5kg you will need to obtain a certificate of posting. For goods over 5kg we will arrange a carrier to collect the goods. If we are at fault your postage if applicable will be refunded in full.
Perishable goods, DVD's, videos and books may not be returned unless faulty
Order shortages, discrepancies or damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
All goods must be returned within 7 days from receipt of order.
No goods may be returned without prior agreement with Almond Art.
No returns will be accepted unless original Almond Art invoice is quoted.
Remittance Terms: No goods are dispatched until full payment has been received.
