Postage & Packing

Your shipping charge will be calculated at the checkout and applied to your order. Costs are dependent on your location and the weight of your parcel.

Shipping charges include VAT where appropriate.

Even though our shipping methods are reliable we advise all customers NOT to leave your ordering to the last minute.

Do not accept your parcel from the carrier if it is damaged in any way.

UK Post Codes only

Parcels less than 1kg - Royal Mail 1st Class:
Usually delivered the next working day to most UK postcodes. All customers should be aware that sometimes this is not the case and delivery times can be longer. The Royal Mail does not consider your parcel to be lost until after 14 days from posting date. Please note that we obtain certificates of proof of posting for all Royal Mail dispatches.

Parcels over 1kg and less than 20kg Highland and Island postcodes:
Royal Mail Parcels usually delivered within 3-5 working days

Parcels over 1kg - UK Mainland/Lowland postcodes only:
Carrier Next working day* (not Sat/Sun) for orders received by 12 noon. Free over £60 order total.
Please note: Carrier parcels require a signature. If you instruct us or leave the carrier a note asking to leave the parcel without a signature, then you do so at your own risk.

If you order by 12 noon (Mon - Fri) your parcel will be dispatched the same day. However we cannot guarantee that you will receive your parcel the next day; we cannot be responsible for something of which we do not have control.
Please note: All references to next working day are providing your order is placed before 12 noon and that there are no problems in processing your order or your payment details.

International

Airmail up to 2kg (size restrictions apply) Europe & Rest of the World

International Carrier, Fixed cost for 1 parcel up to 30kgs European destinations, Eire, Netherlands, Germany, France/Monaco, Luxembourg, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia & Spain.

International Carrier, for all destinations outside of our fixed cost zones above you will be emailed a quote based on your location and the weight and dimensions of your parcel. At this point your goods will be charged to your payment card, however the goods will not be dispatched until you have confirmed by email that you agree to the shipping charge. When we are in receipt of this confirmation the shipping charge will be applied to your payment card and your goods dispatched.
